BUYMA TRAVEL, the operator of Hello Activity, will receive the payment from the traveler once the reservation is confirmed.
We will remit your sales to the supplier's account after deducting the following fees.

・For remittances to overseas banks
- Three types of fees will be charged.
- (1) Remittance fee from Rakuten Bank / 1,000 yen
- (2) Overseas intermediary bank charges/amounts vary depending on the overseas intermediary bank.
- (3) Receiving bank charges / May be incurred by the receiving bank. The amount varies depending on the receiving bank.
- * If the overseas remittance is in yen, the yen remittance fee (lifting charge) will also be deducted.

■ Flow of remittance
Transfer can be applied from the month following the month in which the amount of untransferred funds from BUYMA TRAVEL reaches 10,000 yen or more.
Remittance will be made on the last business day of the month for applications received by the 15th of each month.
* Unredeemed amount can be kept at BUYMA TRAVEL for up to 6 months.
* As of 2022/6/15, the money will be transferred from Rakuten Bank.
Please note that the remittance fee is subject to change without notice such as when our using other banks.
