Itinerary:
5:00 AM – Hotel Pickup in Kathmandu
Your adventure begins early with a private transfer from your hotel in Kathmandu to Tribhuvan International Airport. Enjoy the quiet morning as the city awakens.
6:00 AM – Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (Domestic Terminal)
Check in at the helicopter counter. Our staff will assist with the boarding process and provide you with all the necessary information.
6:30 AM – Pre-Flight Briefing & Check-In
Meet your experienced pilot and receive a safety briefing. Learn about the route, altitude, and highlights of your scenic flight.
7:00 AM – Takeoff from Kathmandu to Lukla (Refuelling Stop)
Soar eastward as the landscape changes dramatically from Kathmandu Valley to the lush hills and mountainous terrain of the Everest region.
8:00 AM – Stop at Lukla Airport for Refuelling
Land at one of the most famous airports in the world. A brief refuelling stop (approx. 15–20 minutes) while you take in views of the bustling gateway to Everest.
8:20 AM – Scenic Landing at Kalapatthar Viewpoint (5,545m)
Touch down at Kalapatthar, one of the best accessible viewpoints of Mount Everest and the surrounding Himalayan giants. A 10–15-minute stop allows for stunning photo opportunities and a truly close-up view of Everest (weather permitting).
8:40 AM – Fly to Hotel Everest View for Breakfast
Fly over Khumbu Glacier and Ama Dablam to reach the Hotel Everest View (HEV)—the highest-altitude hotel in the world (3,880m). Enjoy a relaxing breakfast surrounded by panoramic views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and other peaks.
9:30 AM – Fly to Lukla for Final Refuelling
Brief stop again in Lukla for refuelling and preparations for the return journey.
9:40 AM – Scenic Flight Back to Kathmandu
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas, alpine forests, and terraced hillsides on your return flight.
10:40 AM – Arrival at Kathmandu Airport & Transfer Back to Hotel
