The instructor will begin with a brief introduction before leading you through a series of beginner-friendly yoga postures such as Mountain Pose, Child’s Pose, Cat–Cow, Bridge Pose, Seated Forward Bend, and Tree Pose. The session concludes with a calming sound-healing experience, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.
