The Ultimate High-Altitude Experience – Skydive at 23,000ft in the Shadow of Everest
Experience one of the most thrilling adventures on Earth – skydiving over the majestic Himalayas with Mount Everest as your backdrop. This once-in-a-lifetime expedition combines the awe of trekking through the legendary Khumbu region with the adrenaline rush of high-altitude skydiving.
Starting in Kathmandu, you’ll be immersed in Nepalese culture before heading into the heart of the Everest region. As you trek through Sherpa villages and over suspension bridges, you’ll acclimate to the high altitude in preparation for your skydive from a staggering 23,000 feet – one of the highest commercial skydives in the world.
Jump from a helicopter above the stunning landscapes of the Everest region, free-fall with world-class tandem instructors, and land on drop zones nestled in the Himalayas. Between jumps, enjoy the serene beauty of Namche Bazaar and the luxury of the Everest View Hotel, the highest hotel on the planet.
This is more than an adventure – it’s a personal triumph in one of the most extraordinary places on Earth.
##Itinerary Overview ##
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu, transfer to the Hotel. Meet guides/instructors
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you’ll be transferred to a hotel and introduced to your experienced guides.
Day 2: Trip briefing, gear checks, free time in Kathmandu
Your team leader will provide a detailed brief of your tailored trip and give you time to explore Kathmandu, allowing you to gather any last-minute necessities.
Day 3: Early flight to Lukla, trek to Phakding
Take an early flight to Lukla airport with its cliff-edge runway and trek to Phakding, where you’ll enjoy delicious Nepalese cuisine and an overnight stay.
Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar with first Everest views
Start the day with a trek through the beautiful river valleys, crossing the iconic Hillary Bridge all the way to Namche Bazaar, where you will get your first glimpse of Mt. Everest.
Day 5: Acclimatisation in Namche
Take the day to acclimate in Namche Bazaar, where you'll have plenty of time to explore its amazing sights and give your body a chance to recover from your trek.

Day 6: Trek to Syangboche Airport, 1st skydive from 23,000ft
Climb to Syangbouche airport for a safety brief from your Tandem Instructor, before your first breath-taken 23,000ft skydive.
Day 7: 2nd skydive + lunch at Everest View Hotel
It will be another day at Syangbouche, completing our second skydive, but this time we will deploy our parachute higher. Afterwards, walk up to the world’s highest hotel, Everest Hotel, and savour with the majestic Mt. Everest as your backdrop.
Day 8: Contingency/flex day
A flexible contingency day, allowing us to work around unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, ensuring an optimal experience.
Day 9: Return to Kathmandu
Embark on an early morning helicopter flight around the surrounding mountains, returning to Kathmandu. Reflect on your incredible achievements during the trip.
Day 10: Departure
On your final day in Nepal, depending on your flight schedule, you’ll be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure in a private vehicle. You must reach the airport three hours before your flight.
Please note: During peak season, there are no direct flights from Kathmandu to Lukla. Instead, guests must drive from Kathmandu to Ramechhap, take a flight from Ramechhap to Lukla (and return the same way), then drive back from Ramechhap to Kathmandu.
