-All workshops cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed, except in case of typhoon signal no. 8 above or black rainstorm signals in effect for the day of the workshop; in such case where workshop has to be cancelled, it shall be rescheduled or workshop fees shall be fully refunded.
