Overview:
The destination is the famous specialty dishes of Hue. You will also have the opportunity to see the Hue streets, the daily life of the Vietnamese people and more specifically the opportunity to own beautiful images.

Itinerary:
Local foods in Hue are known and enjoyed by the tourists once setting foot here. In Hue, these cuisines are very popular and sold everywhere in all streets. And these cuisines are considered as a unique culture and introduced to every tourist.
We will firstly taste Hue Specialty - "Banh Khoai" - Hue crispy pancake. People said that this is a "happy cake" because it resembles a big smile when it is folded like a "Taco". Go around to view the night life in Hue via not too busy streets to come to another restaurant for "Bun Bo Hue" - Hue beef vermicelli soup of which name is to recognize the original region dish but you can find that else where in Vietnam recent years because of its fame. We then go to a small private family restaurant for series of specialities including "Banh Bot Loc" - filtered tapioca dumplings, "Banh Beo" - literally water fern cake, "Banh Nam" - steamed shrimp rice cake, "Banh Ram It" - Sticky rice dumplings on a fried dumpling and drink iced green tea giving you a very authentic experience.
After tasting most of Hue famous specialities, we will take a walk at walking area for sightseeing, walking, shopping or enjoying countless Hue specialties.
